THE REASON I CHOSE YOUR SHOP WAS BECAUSE OF JESSE. HIS CONCERN,COURTESY,KNOWLEDGE,HUMOR AWND GOOD ATTITUDE I FOUND REFRESHING. My overall experience with Gerber in Lacey was excellent. Everyone was very upfront and curtiouse and kept me very imformed about the status us my truck throughout the entire process of getting it repaired. I believe Jessy was the name of the gentleman that assited throughout. Again my overall experience was excellent.

While Jesse was very friendly and helpful in keeping me up to date with a status, it just seemed as a repair such as the one I was getting could have been done in a more timely manner. I had a bumper repair that was done at another collision place that was done in 2 days. This repair took almost a full week. Again, Jesse was very helpful, and I have no negative comments about his customer service. The repair could have been completed sooner.

They did a great job on the ruck repair, it looks good as new. All of the staff was very professional, and happy to help. Jesse did a great job keeping me updated on the status.
