They did great work for my car! Jesse was especially helpful to me, very polite and thorough in his repairs/feedback to me on the progress of the repairs. The repair wasn't completed the first time around (a missed spot; an honest mistake) but he was more than helpful and willing to correct it and get the job done 100%. Completely satisfied; would recommend to others anytime!

This was my second time Gerber has worked on my BMW 335I. They did such an outstanding time the first time that I requested USAA that they work on my vehicle this second time. The staff have been very professional. The finish product on my BMW has been very outstanding. The process took 3 weeks and the phone calls I received throughout the process on updates provided peace of mind. Gerber Collision gets a 10 out of 10 in my book. I will also recommend to friends and co-workers to bring their vehicles here.

I am very please with my car, it was done on time and I forgot to clean out my car , however the personnel there insure my car was ready and cleaned inside and out. Local Gerber shop provided great service and went one step beyond. I took my car in for a simple repair -- replacing brackets on the rear bumper. While in the shop, the local Gerber guys decided they were unhappy with a paint job they had done on the same bumper five months earlier. So they completely redid it, free of charge. I got way more than I asked for and I was impressed with their drive for quality.
