I took my minivan to Gerber Collision in Lacey at the recommendation of my insurance company after an accident. All the staff there that we met were friendly, courteous and professional. Jesse was our service coordinator and he explained the process clearly and in detail. The job was done in less time and for less money than the original estimate. We would definitely use them again should the need arise, and recommend Gerber to anyone in need of quality collision and glass repair.

I have taken both of my vehicles to the Lacey, WA location one for a major repair, one for a minor paint scratch. The major repair was my husband's truck while he was overseas. Jesse called me every week with updates and e-mailed pictures so I could keep my husband in the loop. The truck looks great and runs like new. When I scuffed the paint on my car, I brought it straight to Gerber and they took care of it faster than I ever expected. Thanks so much, Gerber! Great service, great workmanship, happy customer :)

Gerber Collision in Lacey, WA made a speedy appointment for a vehicle repair (body damage). The rental car was waiting for me. They called to inform all along the way. They notified me to pick my vehicle up. They opened the shop to allow me to receive my vehicle after closing and helped me transfer my belongings to my vehicle. They definitely went above & beyond in the service they provided. My vehicle looks great. Thank you!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and the men and women who represent Gerber Collision & Glass in Lacey, WA, but one word does come to mind AWESOME! After my insurance company recommended them to me, I have had the pleasure of working with the Gerber Team on two separate occasions (when my car got “bruised” a second time I requested their service through my insurance company based on my first AWESOME Gerber experience). The damage to my vehicle occurred on a Friday and despite my arriving at Gerber late in the day, they were on top of things photographing and accessing the damaging, and ensuring the car rental company was there to provide me acceptable transportation sooner rather than later. Based on the damage sustained to my vehicle I expected a two week wait. Instead, the Gerber team worked their magic in 4 DAYS ... (OMG!) and provided me daily phone calls updating me on the status of my repairs – WOW, such customer service I haven’t experience since the “good old days!” When it comes to recovering from a “bad day” in traffic, give Gerber a try and I have no doubt you too will experience the magic!
