They went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I when my car had a hit and run. Everyone was amazingly nice, and even though we went to this Gerber because of insurance, but if we have any other car damage or body work done we'll go here!

Great service! My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time and they called me whenever they had an update. I really appreciated being kept in the loop. Everyone in the office was very nice and they definitely care about customer service.

These guys are awesome! I had my reservations with it being a chain repair shop because typically you get less customer service and you're more of a number at businesses like that but NOT HERE. I kind of miss getting my voicemails from John. I've never been a more informed customer before (always knew what was going on with my car). Rick always comes out to talk to me when I stop in. I love the lady at the front desk! I will be coming back here and any other repairs that I may need. My car looked 10 times better coming out than it did coming in. I didn't expect them to clean it as well as they did and the repair work was amazing. Nice job guys!! I will definitely recommend to my friends and family as well.

I was in a minor fender bender. The other persons' insurance agreed to pay for the damages, thank goodness. If I used one of their providers I would not even have to pay my deductible. Given it was around the holidays I was excited about this prospect. The insurance company suggested Gerber and another company. However, I also was a bit wary that insurance companies, like so many other companies and organizations, often look at the bottom line (costs) rather than the quality of the service and repair. I thought I would look around a bit before I made a decision. I did my research and found Gerber had a very high rating locally AND nationally. That is rare. So I went ahead a scheduled the service. They said it could take up to a week, then with the holidays, landing as they did, it could take a little longer. I wasn't too worried, since I ... was able to obtain a rental car. I took my car in and the people were amazingly kind and sincere (another rarity these days). I loved how Gerber kept in contact by text. I got a phone call on the fourth day and they actually had my car ready, 3-6 days early! When does that happen? I picked it up and they helped clean off my car (it had snowed most of the day). After back-to-back collisions, John and the staff at Gerber did an excellent job with customer service as far as making sure I was taken care of, keeping me updated on the status of my Explorer, and keeping in contact with Farm Bureau to handle my claims. They also did great work on my mechanical repairs, auto-body work, and even detailing it inside and out! Thank you!

Insurance refused to cover all collision-related damage on my Nissan, but Gerber generously put in the extra work to properly restore my vehicle to pre-accident condition. Previously back in May 2017 I brought in my 2004 Mustang GT to have the left side of my car repaired and painted. The body and paint work was phenomenal, no complaints. Now in November 2017 my son hit a deer in his 2017 Camry and we just picked up the car and once again an excellent job was performed. Body lines and paint match up perfect. Thanks Gerber to all of your staff involved. P.S. The car was completed a week ahead of Schedule.
