The SUV looks good as new and Chad stayed in contact with me and updating my wife and I on our SUV and what was being done to it and when it would be finished . I've used Gerber one other time with a great experience then and wasn't disappointed this time. They took care of all the details and did a wonderful job repairing my car after a hail storm caused damage. The fact that they are in the preferred list for my insurance definitely was a plus!
