Chad H. is who helped me. He was very professional from the first time we spoke. He explained that they were very busy because of all the hail damage in the area but would do everything in his power to get me in and get my vehicle fixed. He was able to get me in the following Monday where as my wife couldn't get her vehicle fixed until a month later at another establishment had my wife not bought the vehicle from the dealer we are getting it repaired that it would be going to Chad H. as well. When it was time to pick up my vehicle Chad had me walk the entire vehicle as he described the process that it took to fix my truck. First thing I noticed was that it was so much cleaner than when I dropped it off. Gerber cleans up every vehicle! Awesome. They could have simply done what the adjuster quoted and left it at that. Patrick and Kimberly were so so helpful and kept us up-to-date on everything. Patrick left me a message every couple of days to let me know an estimate time our car would be ready. I tell everyone to go to Gerber, I have never felt that way about a Repair Center.

Just need to take a moment to thank you guys for great service. An unfortunate rear end collision had me sent to Gerber for a repair, and I start to finish was taken care of. Frequent updates and friendly people, they even noticed some non-collision related marks on the bumber and fixed those too. Would highly recommend.

Very responsive in receiving a quote. Once insurance approved was able to get the vehicle in quickly with an excellent turn around time. As this is a service vehicle the turn around time was important.
