Excellent service and even more excellent customer service. Justice was amazing. She crawled under my bumper to asses the damage that I had on my Honda CRV. She gave me an estimate and called around to order the part I needed to fix my damage. She called me that afternoon to tell me she had the part in her hands and was ready to go. I scheduled the next day with her to bring in my car. She told me it would only take about 30 minutes and I could wait there for it. After about 15 minutes, Justice came and told me my car was done and she took me out to inspect the work. I thought it looked great and she found a very small imperfection that she had fixed right away. I wouldn't have noticed so I'm glad that she caught it. I was very impressed with the way Justice took care of me and my car. I will be recommending all of my friends to Gerber ... and to Justice. Thanks Justice for a great experience. read more

First let me say that I hit a deer, hard! My damage was just under 14k when all was said and done! I thought my new car was going to total but the insurance decided it was worth too much and should be repaired. I was skeptical about having such extensive damage repaired at all and was a little uneasy about it but Dane, the General Manager, let me know that all parts would be test fitted and that if any aftermarket parts were not fit for use, that He would not allow them to be used and that I would have a lifetime warranty on the repairs. His explanation of the process and His impeccable customer service gave me all the faith in the world that these repairs were going to be done safely and properly. He also gave me daily updates, (even though I'm sure He is busy as the Manager) and took on the handling of my repair plan, personally. The ... repairs were extensive and of course parts were special order, only because my car is so new, but just as He had promised, He was able to give me a firm completion date after all of the parts had arrived and were checked for quality and fit. Fast forward 6 weeks to my car being finished... I was unable to get off work to pick my car up during normal hours, and Dane actually offered to make a home delivery with my car! The car was shiny, clean, the alignment was done, turbos were working properly and I was floored by the level of service I received from Dane! I'd also like to thank Davin, the technician who repaired my car! Thanks to the expertise and high standards of Dane and Davin, I am confident my repairs did put my car back to "pre-accident condition". In fact my car looks better than it did pre-accident! 1st... took my car to Lakewood on Cedar and then my car was taken to Colorado Springs on Palmer Park Blvd. The employees at both locations were tops. They treated me with much kindness and concern. When I got my car back it was beautiful both inside and out. I received calls almost every day while you had my car. I've never had such wonderful service from any vehicle repair shop. My insurance company recommended you. And, I am happy to do the same whenever I might have the opportunity (hoping, of course, that won't be necessary). Thank you so much for making a 70+ yr. old woman feel that she is in good hands.

Five stars would have to be really super, so: overbooked due to hail repairs so took weeks to get to my simple paint repair; but ready way before scheduled and a great job. Like the convenient location; have liked this shop for several years. Good job team...

Great Service with honest employees. The employees always kept me updated with the progress of the repair. I did not feel like they found extra damage just to get more money from the insurance. In fact they recommended I don't cut off the roof because the car would be in better condition so they gave the insurance credit for that part of the repair. Repair time was very fast.
