Kim was awesome. She was honest and keep me up to date even got my car out the within the 3 days. Only thing I didn't like was when they called they had keep calling the wrong number but Kim definitely made sure everything was correct.

I'd like very much for people to see this feedback for the extreme gratitude it's intended to convey. The folks at the Lakewood store on Cedar Dr. went over and above the call of service to make my experience, by far, the best it could be under the circumstances. In almost all cases, when you have to have your vehicle repaired, it's not a happy chore... not to mention the cost. However, these folks were friendly, helpful, prompt, attentive to my needs, professional, kept the cost to a minimum, and a genuine joy to do business with. If and/or when I have the need to use an Auto Body shop again, unless I'm in another state, I'll be coming back to the awesome people at this store. It was a little complicated as I was hit by two different drivers only a few days apart - she took care of everything - all the paperwork, rental car, all of it.
