The repair was done with great experise and Scott did everything that he promised. I have had the car repaired before (damage due to a flying object) at the Ceder store, and was satisfied then. I am also satisfied this time also and would come back again (hopefully people will stop hitting my parked vehicle).

The team did an excellent and professional job of dealing with a very mean insurance representative. They got me in on the day that i requested. And the car turned out beautifully! I've already recommended Gerber to friends, especially the Cedar Drive location, and will again!

I went in to Gerber on a Friday afternoon to get a quote about a dent I needed repaired. They were super nice and friendly and were able to get my car in the following Monday. They gave me a completely reasonable quote and said they hoped to have it done by Wed and they did. I received several text messages me about the status of my car. It was a completely hassle free situation and I will not hesitate to return if I ever need work done or need to refer a friend or family member. Thanks so much!!!!

I was very pleased with the person making the estimate, the work done and the quickness of it all. My car had been hit in the back and wasn't a lot of damage, only slow thing was the person's insurance company (Liberty Mutual) giving the okay. Gerber personnel were great.

the staff at this location was AMAZING!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me out with the nightmare of my stolen jeep. It got transported to Gerber Collision in Lakewood, and Kim kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Once the jeep arrived at the shop staff went out of their way to help me clean it out. (so gross!) All staff was very knowledgeable with the insurance process and were able to answer any questions I had. Although my jeep ended up totaled, if myself or any of my friends need work done in the future, Gerber Collision definitely has my business!! I highly recommend!

The staff at this location was absolutely AMAZING!!!! I was dealing with the nightmare of a stolen car being transported to this location and Kim constantly kept me in the loop and informed as to what was going on. Staff even helped me clean out my jeep when it arrived at the shop. They definitely went above and beyone. My Jeep ended up being totaled, but if myself or any of my friends need work done in the future Gerber Collision in Lakewood definitely has my business.
