"Just a quick follow up. I am having absolutely no problems with my Equinox and am very, very pleased so far! My son, from Indiana where we used to live, came to visit with us last week and commented on my nice car (first time he has seen it). I told him it was the one involved in the July accident that we told him about and looked pretty banged up when I left it behind in Illinois. He graduated from a tech school in Indianapolis years ago and degreed in body work, paint and finish. He never got into the business though but has done some on the side jobs for friends and is very picky about how he does a job! He looked it over closely and said "dad, looks like they did a really nice job!" If my son says something, he means it!!"

I think the address is Pearl Auto Repair on Colfax in Lakewood. A gentleman named Jerry took care of my claim. I dropped my car off before I went on a three week trip to California. Jerry kept me continually updated on the progress of my car. Jerry was continually courtesy and kind. I haven't had such fine service at any other Auto repair shop. And I will return to Pearl Auto Repair in the future and tell others of the service Jerry extended to me.

I was very pleased with our experience with Gerber. The car repairs were quick and great and the people were so nice. My daughter is pleased with the car as well. Hopefully we won't need collision repair again any time soon, but I will certainly recommend Gerber to anyone I know who needs that service.

After hail damage and a couple of snags in the process by the insurance company I was told it would take 3 weeks and the earliest appointment would be in mid July by the company I was sent to to estimate my car's damage. Major problem was we were being moved to a different state at the end of July. In stepped Gerber's my agent contacted a national representive who contacted the Colorado shops. They then put us intouch with Kim at the Lakewood shop. Within minutes I had an appoitment for the next week. The estimate was still 3 weeks for the repairs which would make it just before we moved. During the time my car was in the shop I received a call about ever 2 days telling me the progress. Then a week and 1/2 after we left the car the call came that said it was DONE. No insurance. Repaired door dent. No complaints as excellent, polite service. Also knew we weren't using insurance and took that into consideration. Also noted window was not sealing correctly after repair - and they fixed easily and conveniently the next week for free.
