Hi Renee, Thanks so much for the note, and I appreciate having our car back in great condition. I wanted to also drop a note to acknowledge the great attitude and efforts to keep me up to speed from Kim. Kim showed that she truly cared about our need for our car for family weekend (with dog and kids) and therefore our need for our SUV. She went above and beyond to get us taken care of when a part was shipped to the wrong location and again put up with my extensive calls to check in with a fantastic and cheerful attitude. Hi there! Thank you so much for contacting me. I had a great experience with your location, and everyone there. I will absolutely be having my car fixed at your location when we have the money. However, we won't be able to afford the payment for the damage, even with the insurance covering most of it, for a few months. When we have that money, we will call and schedule right away. We not only had very professional service and interactions, but we were made to feel comfortable there too, while we waited, (even though we only waited briefly). Unfortunately I have had to have my truck repaired 3 times in the last 3 .5 years. BUT fortunately I went to Gerber (and Cars Collision) for my repairs. The reason I only went to Gerber/Cars Collision is because they have always done such an excellent job each time. They were very professional and friendly. I have spoken highly about them and referred them to my friends. Hope I don't have anymore repair problems with my truck, BUT if I do, I will be taking my car to Gerber! Thank you Gerber! Joan

Thank you for my car back. It is now spotless inside and out. I have only tried the new door once but I worked. There is no extra road noise either anymore (as after the accident). I am very pleased that I went to Gerber. David, I suggest Nationwide approve them so it doesn't take so long to get the work done. Thank you all.

I went here to have my car looked at and estimated for damage cost. The team in the Lakewood, Colorado location was extremely pleasant, professional, and efficient. I would gladly do business again, and I plan to have my car repaired at the same place, when I have the money. Thank you for having such a great business, and such wonderful people working there! :)

I was rear-ended - HARD - by a holder of Farmer's insurance. My little old sedan that has reliably gotten me to and from work for almost 2 decades was totalled. I am the only working adult in my home and have 3 little kids (who thankfully were not in the vehicle). The whole thing has been a challenge, to say the least. I went to Gerber's since it was the easiest location Farmer's gave me. Oh my goodness - Renee Ciszek and Kim Jacobs were BOTH so helpful and kind. I think I would have been in tears without their kindness. If I ever need *any* kind of body repairs, I will go back there. I will also recommend this Gerber's. These two women just gained Gerber's a customer for life, simply by being kind to me when things were hard. Thank you.
