This is my first experience with Gerber Collision and I had to write to say how pleased I was with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Wesley L. runs an unusually customer-friendly shop that completed our work on time and with outstanding quality. Wes in particular went out of his way to make sure our car was well taken care of and that all of our needs were met. Thanks again. I will definitely use Wes' shop again if the need arises.

We received amazing service on the repair of our car. We had a prompt estimate that was right on budget, received multiple phone calls during the time our car was in the shop that gave us updates on the timing of the repair, a full review and walkaround on what was repaired when we came to pick the car up, and along the way were asked if there was anything that Gerber Collision and Glass could do to improve our service. There was nothing extra that could have been done -- 10 stars.

I picked up my car yesterday and it looked brand new. I left my remote in my rental and when I called Dana this morning she immediately went out and got it for me. I parked in a lot last night and someone scratched my driver side back door. I stopped in to pick up my keys without notice and when I told them my story they immediately offered to take my car in and try to fix scratches. Again,another great job of making my car look as new as they could Thanks again to EVERYONE!! This was going above and beyond.

The GM Wes is awesome! He took my car back in as the Eye Sight Camera was not working. properly. When it appeared that it would talke longer, Wes At Gerber Collision ordered a rental car for me. I am telling everyone I know about how everything was taken care of. He did more than I ever expected. A rare find these days.
