We had a great experience with Gerber in Lakewood. The folks there were awesome! Dana is incredibly helpful and kind. She treats everyone with respect and takes the time to answer any questions. Marco is also wonderful! He explained everything that was going to be done and then what to do and not do after getting my vehicle back. They did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

My car got crashed into and it could have been a very stressful situation but the folks at the Colfax office made the experience as pleasant as possible. Josh S. was ABSOLUTELY incredible. He kept me informed of everything, progress, wrong parts, damaged parts, etc. Josh showed the utmost in customer service and was very professional. I appreciated his communication as he made a bad situation very tolerable, We will, however, never purchase a Ford again due to their inability to supply the part needed to fix my 2009 Ford Edge (Please know this has no reflection on Gerber) My incident happened on 12-3-14 and Ford did not have the part available until the completion of repairs today, JULY 28, 2015. This is inexcusable and again, we appreciate Gerber and their professionalism in this difficult, frustrating situation This is our 3rd repair by Gerber (2 previously in Colorado Springs) and we would HIGHLY recommend it to EVERYONE. We've NEVER been disappointed

Gerber Collision rocks! They called a couple of times a week with updates. Laurie set up the rental car. One person painted my car and in addition, did the bumper too, at no extra cost. Did it on a Saturday! It is a wonderful place to go and get your auto body work done. Professional, caring, and honest. Will do business with them again.
