When I walked in the Gerber the first time, everyone was really friendly and very helpful! I can't remember the woman's name at the front desk, but she was easy to talk to, very friendly! Everyone working there seemed to get along very well...made it to seem like a great working environment. My car was being looked at and worked on for 3 weeks. Eddie kept me up to date at least twice a week. I never wondered what was going on. My car was ready to be picked up exactly when he told me it would be. Would definitely recommend this place because of the friendliness, communication and service.

Everyone we worked with and spoke to at Gerber Collision was so helpful and kind! They communicated with us along the way as to what was going on with our minivan. On the day we picked up our van, we came right before closing and everyone came out to make sure we were happy with the repairs that had been done. They took care of all of the dealings with our insurance company, which was so wonderful. They made sure they solved the braking issue that our van was having. From Lori answering the phones to Eddie and Rick and others answering our specific questions along the way, we were very pleased with all of our interactions with Gerber Collision in Lakewood, CO! Well first off, I'd have to say that it was unfortunate that my car had to pay a visit to a collision shop. However if I had to take my car again, I wouldn't take it anywhere else. From the moment I walked in they swarmed asking how they could help. It was a comforting experience especially since I was so mad that someone had wrecked into me. But they handled everything and I feel they exceeded my expectations. All in all, if I had to do this again, I wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely send others there. I was impressed with Gerber from the time I took my car in. Throughout the entire repair process they were 100% professional, courteous and provided outstanding customer service. My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I received regular status and follow up calls. The day I picked up my car was 100 degrees and they provided me with a bottle of cold water! I would recommend Gerber in Lakewood without hesitation. What started as a bad experience with the damage to my vehicle turned into a positive one thanks to them!
