I shopped around for a quality body shop in Denver. I'll tell ya, there are some shady shops out there. I'm glad I found Gerber, on Colfax. These guys are just awesome in every way. They were up-front about everything. They charged me exactly what was quoted, and even finished the job a day early. Furthermore, they charged me a lot less than what the other shops were quoting. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

I took my car in to repair a scrape on the rear fender that I got in an underground parking garage, they were easy to work with and even picked me up. The car looks great and they cleaned it inside and out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I was really impressed with Jerry and Rachel at the Lakewood office. They made the process of getting my car repaired simple and stress-free. I couldn't believe it when I showed up to pick up my car and saw that Jerry had started it to warm it up for me and was cleaning snow and ice off of it with his bare hands (in a storm no less) to get it ready for me--it had also been cleaned outside and in and looked spotless. Great service, the repair looked great, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to a friend. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Gerber. I recently hit a deer and my front end was pretty destroyed. Gerber fixed everything and it all looks brand new, they even found damage unrelated to the deer incident and fixed that free of charge. Customer service was great and they kept their time table on repairs to the t. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I just had my car fixed at your location on 6700 W Colfax in Colorado. I was hit from behind and the repair cost were covered by the other drivers insurance company. I must say I will be recommending this location to friends. The repairs look great, the cost to repair the damage was reasonable (even though I did not pay for it) and the team you have working there had some of the best customer service I have experienced in a while. They kept me updated over the 2 weeks it took to repair my car. I hope I will not have to go back any time soon but I will defiantly go back if I need repairs in the future. Great job on training and hiring at this location!!

I want to commend Gerry who was my customer service representative. It's not often that you find someone who calls when he says will and ensures that my car was done on schedule. I appreciated his follow up and professionalism. He also helped submit all of my paperwork to SafeCo and get a car reserved through Enterprise. I felt like he went above and beyond and desires to be recognized. Gerber is lucky to have such a great employee. I was also pleased with the work done on my car.

professional and courteous from the front desk person Rachel Molina, to the estimator Jerry Valdez. Jerry kept me informed about the work being done, cost estimates and projected completion date. When we picked up the vehicle, which was finished a few days early, Jerry walked me through an inspection, showed us computer pictures of the work AND took our rental vehicle back to Enterprise Car Rental for us,,,,I didn't think this kind of service still existed!
