Just had my car repaired at the location on Decatur and the results were excellent. Having prior positive experience with Gerber in Illinois, I decided on them for the repairs needed. Dan prepared the estimate and Erika kept me informed throughout the repair process. When my car needed some follow-up work, they stepped up and delivered. Gerber provided me with a rental car for the few extra days needed and touched up a small area that wasn't part of the orginal work. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and I highly recommend them.

I had my daughter's vehicle in for repair at the Decatur office and I can't express enough how impressed I was by the staff. Everyone was every friendly, helpful, informative and professional. It seems now days its hard to find great customer service and the employees at this office really seem to enjoy their job. They really made me a believer that there is still professional friendly people out there. Please be sure to pass this compliment on. We had the 2005 Jetta service 28th Feb2014. We had a great experience at Gerber. After taking our '08 Toyota Camry in to repair front end damage we were immediately put at ease by Gerber employee Erica. She was very knowledgable and through the whole process she kept us updated and informed. Our car was ready before the promised date and upon first inspection looks terrific. Only time will tell how well everything holds up but at this point we are absolutely satisfied.

I LOVE GERBER! Even though I was in unfortunate experience of a car accident, the good people of Gerber Collision ended it on a happy note for me. I had only used Gerber once before several years ago, but they left such a great impression on me, I didn't hesitate to call them again. This time, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lonnie. Although the body shop was busy, he was always courteous, professional and followed up with me consistently. I appreciated Lonnie's honesty and the time he took to answer all of my questions. Not only did Lonnie deliver five-star service, but so did the rest of the Gerber staff. And as far as the actual body work...the quality was awesome! I will certainly recommend Gerber to all in need of auto body work!

Very quick turnaround time on my vehicle. The whole experience was smooth from the vehicle estimate, drop off, and pickup. The entire staff is pleasant and easy to deal with and they communicate very well while your vehicle is being repaired so you don't have to keep calling them to get updates. Highly recommended!!!!!!
