Excellent customer service! Everyone there is friendly like you already know them from somewhere. i never had to go out of my way to call them. The team staff there kept me updated with phone calls and emails about the work that was being done to my truck. i think if I had to take my truck to a body shop again I would definitely take it there to gerber collision .

Very impressed! Everything from the services provided to the welcoming staff was awesome. The lady at the front desk were always friendly and professional. They kept me up to date on my vehicle and it's status. Work was completed the day they said it would be, and the work done was above and beyond what I was expecting. Al takes care you every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Gerber collision to anyone who is looking for a quality repair company. Five stars!

Superb service from Gerber...this is my second time with these great folks because I requested them from my insurance company. Great attention to detail, and explanations all along the way. When the third party replacement bumper was unpacked, the Gerber experts rejected it, and replaced it with an Acura original part. The delay was painless for my family. The car looks as good as when we bought it some seven years ago. Thanks.

I must say that I have never been more impressed with an auto repair shop than with the Gerber/Laurel facility. When I picked up the vehicle upon repair, I noticed that the car looked better than the day I picked up the used car back in 2010. They took time to do many extra things such as cleaning the interior, buffing out minor scratches, polishing the headlight lenses, etc. On a scale of Ten, I would give Gerber/Laurel Repair Shop a 10+. The service was fast and beyond great. Al is awesome, not only did he make my car look brand new in the outside he made my baby look beautiful in the inside. The staff kept me update to the status and in the day I was suppose to pick my jeep up, I was called that morning to tell me they weren't "satisfied" yet, so to hold up in pick up. Yes I would recommend this company to anyone, unfortunately it would be sure to an adviser of some type, but nonetheless they are a superior team.

From the moment I arrived at Gerber, everyone were very courteous and professional. I was contacted once my vehicle was brought into the shop for repairs. I was called several times and given updates. I was called on Friday and advised they were awaiting the vent shades for my truck and was offered to pickup my truck on Friday so I could have it for the weekend or wait until everything was completed. I chose to wait but appreciated the offer. When I picked up my truck, they explained what was done and my truck was cleaned, inside and out. I would definitely return to Gerber and would refer Gerber to others.
