My car was damaged due to an individual hitting me from behind. Insured individual contacted her insurance company, GEICO. I was contacted within 24 hours by and scheduled for repairs. I was old that the repairs would take two days and was provided a loaner. My car was ready on time and company did a good job.

Repairs were done in reasonable time and very professionally. The staff has been very courteous, they smiled, knowledgeable about the whole process and this made a world of difference. When I went to collect my truck after the repairs, I was attended to by Morgan who took time to walk me out to the vehicle and went over the inspection with me smiling all the time and asking if I was satisfied with the repairs, I really appreciate that. Let's face it no one wants to be in a collision but these folks made a world of a difference in the aftermath. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Extremely friendly staff - Elena and Morgan were the best to work with. GEICO adjuster Brandon explained everything thoroughly - they overdelivered my return date - what was expected to take 1.5 weeks took 1.5 days - simply outstanding! Thank you all for getting my ride back to me quickly.

Use Gerber Collision for all repairs and refer my friends and relatives to use Gerber Collision because of the professional workmanship and especially the excellent customer service. Elena, at the front desk, is especially cheerful , courteous and has answers to all my questions.

Recommended by my insurance company GEICO. My car required front bumper repairs. Dropped vehicle off first thing in the morning. Before I drove off in my Enterprise Rental Car I saw they had already started working on my car. Estimate completion time at a dealership collision shop quoted 5 days minimum. Gerber completed the work on my car the same day! I was in shock. Picked my vehicle up before the closed. The work was amazing. I would highly recommend and will use them in the future as needed. Thank you.

GEICO arranged for the service to repair my car after I was rear-ended, The staff at Gerber was friendly and helpful, and they completed the repair in the estimated time (i.e., same day service which amazed me) and did a very good job. I did not have to pay since the insurance company of the person who hit me paid. The price was very reasonable but would have cost more if it were not arranged for by GEICO. I liked them enough to use them again at my own expense in the future to repair some scratches on my car - their estimate for doing that work, which they gave to me while I was there and asked about it, was reasonable.

When I turned in my Jeep Patriot for repairs I could not have been treated kinder. From Mogan in customer service, Hector who took all the information & Gary who assured me I could count on him to give me updates as needed. The work was done so quickly, it was not necessary for me to get a rental. I appreciate all the extra touches in caring for my Jeep. Thank you for washing it, checking the tires, etc. I noticed.

Your team and the service provided was excellent. Quick repair of my vehicle and timely communication throughout. I was especially impressed by the friendliness, professionalism and follow up provided by the young lady with very blonde hair (I unfortunately didn't note her name -- service was provided on 4/11) who took the time to do the intake process with me . She was fantastic! Eric was also impressive -- he took the time to explain the damage and estimated repair time and immediately put me at ease that my vehicle was in very good hands. You have a great team and I'd highly recommend Gerber/Laurel to anyone.
