My Acura TL hit the wall of my friend's house. GEICO arranged us to Gerber Collision to repair the car. The service is great: (1) Receptionist is so warm in helping our problems. She even came to my home with me so she can help driving my car back to Gerber for repair. (2) The estimate is very accurate and precise. (3) The work done is great, including cleaning the outside and inside of the car. (4) The repair work is done in only 4 days, including body work. (5) I feel so happy to work with Gerber. I don't want to visit Gerber again if possible (you know I don't want to have another car accident), but will definitely go there and recommend friends to be there if needed.

I have used this location many times for collision repairs. The work is top notch! They get your vehicle completed by the date promised at drop off. They keep you well informed of their progress at all times. The staff is always polite, courteous and helpful from the front office staff to the managers. The service technicians do great work and Gary always stands behind their work. Eric is exceptional and a great asset to the company. He takes the time to answer all your questions and always is professional. I always feel like a part of the family when I am there. Always greeted with a smile! The convenience of having Enterprise Leasing adjoining the body shop is also a plus! I have dealt with this location since before they became a part of the Gerber Collision family.

This was my 1st time doing business with GERBER Collision & Glass (Laurel, MD) and unless my brand new Honda gets "violated by another careless driver", I should not require Gerber's services. However, I am very pleased with the all around services I received (2/15-17/16). If, there were "10 stars", I would rate this service as such! I was there to get my bumper fixed. It was a rainy day. From the time I walk in the door I was greeted by everyone that worked there. The young lady with the blond hair (Maureen? ) was so nice. She made me laugh and smile. she check on me while I was waiting for my rental car. I like that you guys send text alerting the customers on the progress of there car. If I ever had to come to a auto body shop again I would choice Gerber Collision in Laurel.

Gerber collision has by far given me the best experience I have had when it comes to customer service and quality of work done on any vehicle I have ever owned. The service professionals at this location made me feel right away that my car was in good hands. They walked me through every step of the process of the collision repair, giving me calls or sending me text message updates on a regular basis. Their location manager, Eric exhibited a high level of professionalism in the way he addressed me while explaining the details of the work that was carried out on my vehicle, when it was ready for pick-up. The vehicle was even cleaned and polished on the interior. It actually felt like I got a brand new car. I would highly recommend this location, even if you wish to have minor repairs carried out on your vehicle.
