I brought my brand new 2016 Mazda CX-5 after it was hit. Gerber Collision in Longmont repaired my Mazda 3 a few years ago and did a fantastic job. This was my main reason to bring my CX-5 back even tho my insurance company wanted me to take it somewhere else. Customer service is top notch in my book. I had just got my car back from having the entire clutch replaced, and 2 days later some fool (my real words for him are much more colorful!) in a full size PU pulling a trailer did a u-turn from the right lane (I was in the left lane) and ripped the front end of my car off. (He flipped a bitch to fetch a ladder that had fallen off his truck) After some him~hawing from another body shop in Longmont, who I will not name, (Abra Auto Body @ 1840 Boston Avenue.......whoops!! ) I had my car towed to Gerber. David was so helpful! He gave me a reasonable quote for my repairs, and stuck to that quote when I picked up my car today. When I saw my car I was totally amazed!! It looks better than it did before the ladder fetcher tore it up! There was NO signs at all that it was damaged at all. Everything looks great & the paint matches perfectly!! ... Also, David & his wonderful had my car finished 4 days earlier than he originally told me. I will never take my car to any other place if (God forbid) I am ever in another collision, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DAVID F. & HIS WONDERFUL STAFF IN LONGMONT! THEY F***ING ROCK!!! read more

The staff at the longmont location is excellent! Dan, and Nikki in particular are professional, and courteous. There was a delay with the repair that was beyond their control, and without any hesitation they arranged a rental car, and kept me on the road. The customer service is second to none, they go above and beyond any expectations. The repair quality is more than exceptional. I will only use, or recommend Gerber for any future auto body or glass repair. Thanks for everything!!!

I never write comments or reviews, but give credit when a job well done in every way. I am compelled to write this because of the way I felt from beginning to the hand shake and the end. Made me feel like I was the most important. The work was perfect. It was a small job that was treated like top priority. The Manager "sorry his name sliped my mind" paged his specialist for my "had to be fixed" problem. "Ben" I return from a short walk with my dog, and the truck was fixed and adjusted. The nicest people to do business with. Their cost was jaw dropping reasonable. Thanks again Guys and Dolls.
