I never write comments or reviews, but give credit when a job well done in every way. I am compelled to write this because of the way I felt from beginning to the hand shake and the end. Made me feel like I was the most important. The work was perfect. It was a small job that was treated like top priority. The Manager "sorry his name sliped my mind" paged his specialist for my "had to be fixed" problem. "Ben" I return from a short walk with my dog, and the truck was fixed and adjusted. The nicest people to do business with. Their cost was jaw dropping reasonable. Thanks again Guys and Dolls.

The service was great, and Nikki was really helpful in helping me set up a pay plan. Would reccomend this shop to any of my family members and friends, Gerber also purchased a rental for me, cause my damages took a while to repair and I needed a vehicle. Really professional shop!!

GREAT customer service and quality work. Gerber quickly evaluated the damage and began work. I appreciated the constant updates on the progress of repairs. They were able to seamlessly work with my insurance company which eased the burden during the collision repairs.

I had terrible hail damage that destroyed the windshield, roof, hood, quarter panels, etc. Gerber did a great job fixing everything, I can't even tell that anything ever happened to my car! Service was really great too, they arranged a rental car for us and provided email status updates during the repair. If I need body work in the future, it will be with Gerber!

WOW! So IMPRESSED and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GERBER! Not only was the job they did above and beyond my satisfaction, the customer service was phenomenal! Nikki was such a delight, so helpful and thoughtful. If you are still reading. I want to highlight the fact that the work I had done was not typical. I had an unfortunate experience with a criminal attack on my beloved vintage VW BEETLE. My VW needs to be treated with TLC, and Gerber did just that. The paint matches and my car was back to me in 4 days. I HIGHLY SUGGEST you pick GERBER! THANK YOU especially to James and Nikki.

WOW! was all we could say when we went to pick up our 2006 Honda Accord. We are 100% satisfied with the service we received from James Chiles and Gerber Collision. It exceeded our highest expectations. Jim went way beyond the call of duty to make sure all paint matched... to the point of painting the fenders that were not involved in the estimate. However, he still gave us the discount for just buffing the fenders like we had agreed upon. The entire job was done with attention to every detail. Fit and finish make the car look brand new. The paint blends perfectly with the rest of the body. The damage was to the hood and front bumper, but I was amazed to see that the engine and everything under the hood had also been cleaned. He buffed the headlight lenses and had the car completely cleaned inside and out. We will definitely recommend ... Gerber Collision and Glass to all our friends. Thank You. Sal read more

The facility is very inviting and reflects quality: The building is nicely painted, the parking lot is clean and not cluttered, the office is so clean you could "eat off the floor:" It creates the perception that quality work will be done."
