I am so pleased with the service I received from Gerber Collision. The gals in the front office were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was great to have Geico on premise and also Enterprise on site. Very helpful. The repair was excellent and Nancy explained what they did and they even cleaned my car out. Thank you for excellent service. My repair was done in 2 days.

I am submitting this review as a testament to the entire staff at this location. My car was a total loss due to its age I was of course upset. These folks were so helpful in the process of my dealing with the insurance company and helping me through the process I am a senior and this company was more helpful than my insurance co in walking me through the process and answering my questions about options. I can't say enough about their customer first attitude . the gentleman's name was Forest. Both of the ladies at the front desk were very helpful to all their customers Thanks for making an old lady feel like a person not an interruption in your day
