Gerber did a real good job on my bumper and repairing my vehicle after my accident. However I noticed while driving that the steering wheel isn't aligned like before I had the accident. Andrew kept me updated on the status of my car. He was very personable. I will contact him regarding my steering wheel.

On yesterday I visited this location. They greeted me with a smile and engaged in conversation, made the visit personal (Angel and Kelli) they really took care of me. Cody, Tim, and the ladies in the front customer service area were absolutely amazing. After having a really rough day dealing with car issues, they quickly came to the rescue for my last problem. My car door window was repaired quickly and the genuine customer service was outstanding. They definitely helped turn my bad day around. I can't thank them enough.

I can not say enough about the fantastic service I received at Gerber from start to finish. On arrival my daughter and I were helped by your representative Rene'. He was very efficient and nice. He helped us get a reasonable price on my daughter's Mercedes C250 repair. I left the car with y'all that Friday afternoon and not long after I was informed that you all were already working on the repair. That alone amazed me. By Monday I received a call from you all saying the car was all fixed and ready to be picked up! When I arrived to pick it up it looked beautiful. The repair looked great and the car looked like it had been washed, waxed, and vacuumed. Now that's what I call service! I will definitely use Gerber again if ever I need to in the future. Thank you.
