I can not say enough about the fantastic service I received at Gerber from start to finish. On arrival my daughter and I were helped by your representative Rene'. He was very efficient and nice. He helped us get a reasonable price on my daughter's Mercedes C250 repair. I left the car with y'all that Friday afternoon and not long after I was informed that you all were already working on the repair. That alone amazed me. By Monday I received a call from you all saying the car was all fixed and ready to be picked up! When I arrived to pick it up it looked beautiful. The repair looked great and the car looked like it had been washed, waxed, and vacuumed. Now that's what I call service! I will definitely use Gerber again if ever I need to in the future. Thank you.

I recently had the misfortune of having to file a collision claim with GEICO Insurance. After contacting GEICO regarding this loss, the GEICO claim representative was very pleasant and understanding. She suggested that the claim be processed utilizing their Auto Claims Express Service. I thought that was a great option, meeting with the GEICO adjuster, meeting with the collision center and picking up a rental car at the same location. Since I have three boys "In Tow" at all times, that sounded like a great option. I was offered a few collision centers which participated in this program and selected Gerber Collision on Edwards Ave. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment I was greeted by the GEICO representative and Gerber's manager, Rick L. I had a collision repair work done on my Toyota Corolla car during the period 31st May to 12 June. Type of work : Rear Bumper change and Paint job on Bumper Time taken: 1 week Quality of work: Excellent Customer service: Excellent The entire experience was great. Stephen Boyd was the estimator for my case. And he was on top of everything. He took time to inspect the car prior to delivery and also he was an effective communicator. I was pretty much informed about the entire process as I was getting sms notifications also. Bottom line: I would highly recommend Gerber Collision center at Harahan to everyone. Thanks Guys!!

Only problem was insurance required using a used part and it came in damaged and delayed overall repair. Gerber kept me fully informed on status and, except for the delay, everything went smoothly.

Had a very annoying water leak in our Acura from a previous repair job that was not done correctly by another garage. After a couple of attempts Gerber finally found the problem and fixed it perfectly! No more leaks and I must say they were great at backing up their work and making sure our problem was completely solved! We will definitely use Gerber again! Thanks!

A car backing out of a parking space hit me hard on passenger side door and left some mean scratches all along that side. Her insurance was with Geico and they sent me to Gerber. I found all the personnel very pleasant. The repairs and paint job were done very professionally and in very reasonable time. I definetly recommend them.

In addition to being a delight, both Tyler and Becky consistently kept me up to date on the repair status of my vehicle. A GEICO client hit my brand new vehicle, so as you can imagine I was not super excited to have to go through this experience. All was well mainly because of the superior customer care I received.

They kept me updated on the status of my repair through text messages and phone calls. And the repair was completed by the date they gave me. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from my car insurance company (Geico) and Gerber Collision and Glass.
