This is a follow up to feed back I left from a couple days ago. Driving my truck home after I picked it up I had an oil pressure problem occur and in my feedback I wondered if it had anything to do with the body work done at Gerber. I doubted it but decided to ask to make sure Yesterday I found that the problem was in no way due to any work that was done at your shop. Everything with the body work was great as was the customer service

I took my car to Gerber after I was in an accident where I had rear end damage to my car. I took it in on Tuesday morning and was given an estimated date of return as the next Monday. By Thursday of the week I had taken it in for repair I received a call that my car was done so I could pick it up. They did an awesome repair on damage done beyond the bumper that was replaced. I will take any of my future repairs to Gerber again.

My car was considered a goner. Gerber works miracles at restoring my car to new condition. Their communication was excellent and the dedication to all involved was second to none to restore my car. I can't think the team enough for giving me my car back.

Michael, Ron, Melissa, and Alissa (to name only a few employees) were wonderful: approachable, ready to serve, interested in our situation, and when they said they would "deliver", they did just that...and on time. Hail damage! Erie worked directly with auto rental and my insurance company so things went smoothly. Returned my car cleaner then when I dropped it off! Friendly staff. Kept up to date throughout the entire process.

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful explaining the process when dropping off your vehicle. I was updated on everything with the collision repair either with a call or text, i was very happy with that. I have been with them before and so far i wouldn't go anywhere else .
