The entire staff is terrific! Sydni B estimate to my insurance company was spot on and she guided me perfectly through the entire process. I also want to give a shout out to Haley and Monica of the reception staff. While making arrangements, Monica took it upon herself to put me on a very brief hold and walk through the shared entrance doors to guarantee the availability of an Enterprise vehicle for my use. Well done everyone! If it was possible, I'd give you 6 stars!

I was updated two times a week on the progress of the work. As my car neared completion, there was a chance that it may take a day or two longer and I was updated on a more regular basis so that I knew what to expect.

A deer hit the side of my car and damaged the front end and front side door. I was initially told it would take a few days. It ended up being 2 weeks .... why? because the first two doors that came in were "damaged beyond repair" which they said this happens often and it wasn't their fault. The third delay was because an incorrect front fender was ordered and so they had to re-order that piece. Of course I was not supplied a loaner car so this turned out to be an inconvenience for me, to say the least. The car looked good when I picked it up as I was expecting.
