I came into Gerber because the driver side door of my new, used vehicle is very stiff. They examined my door hinges and made some minor adjustments to help loosen it, but told me that it's likely a dampener in the hinge itself. They were helpful and performed their work with no charge. I'll definitely return to them if the hinges need to be replaced.

They were amazing! A motorcycle crashed into me and after everything was done with the police, I rode with the tow truck over to Gerber. They had a view of the highway where it happened, saw all lanes were shut down, and knew something kind of scary happened. When I got there, they automatically knew I had been involved in that and were so caring. They took care of me personally before professionally. They made sure I was okay, checked if I needed anything first, could they call anyone for me... That meant so much to me. They saw me as a person and not just a customer. When it came time to have my car repaired, they kept me updated everyday on where they were at with it and what damages they found. I couldn't believe it when they called and said it was ready! They were beer quick with the turn around. When I went to pick it up, I again ... felt so welcomed and taken care of. I saw my car and couldn't believe there had ever been any damage.
