This has been one of the most (if not THE most) pleasurable experiences, working with Gerber! And let me start by saying I NEVER take the time to submit reviews for places, but this was certainly worth doing and I could very easily write pages about the amazing folks at Gerber! An auto accident is never a fun or easy thing to deal with, especially when you care for your vehicle as much as I do (Taylor is my child!) But the whole process from start to finish has truly been nothing short of amazing, and they definitely did everything possible to make the best of an unfortunate situation for me. I spent hours researching local collision repair shops, reading reviews and weighing my various options, and am so happy with my decision to go with Gerber - I won't ever go anywhere else now! Special shout-out to CHRISSIE, who is an absolute gem and ... true beacon of customer service for others to learn & live by - she was courteous, friendly, always available to answer my questions and replied to emails lightning-fast; I couldn't have asked for more from her, or any of the other staff! I truly felt that they cared for me as their customer, and took my vehicle under their wing as if it was one of their own. The day I initially brought my vehicle in, they took my information, invited me to take a seat in their waiting room and offered me tea/coffee from their Keurig (bless), and within minutes they had Enterprise at their door with my rental vehicle ready to go - simple & easy as that! The text updates were great, and they finished almost A FULL WEEK ahead of schedule... I was truly shocked, somewhat skeptical and almost certain to find something wrong, but the repair work was flawless! Taylor looks just as good as she did the day I bought her, if not better! Because she sat for a day or so until I could get by the shop for pick-up, quite a bit of pollen had accumulated; so they offered to wash my vehicle for me AGAIN... wow! This is my second time coming to Gerber for auto body repair and this company continues to exceed my expectations. There aren't enough words to express my gratitude for the Gerber-College Park team. All of my updates were timely and detailed via phone call AND email. Everyone was pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and to make sure all of my repairs were taken care of. Everyone was magnificent. I want to specifically shout out Amy, Jennifer and Sam. These three women created the most welcoming, hear-felt experience for me. Out of the kindness of their heart, Amy and her team went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 110% satisfied. Getting into an accident is stressful (of course), but this was the most stress-free experience. This is no surprise, though, because the first time I came here, the experience ... was great and so was the end result. The finishing product is AMAZING. My car is sooooo clean and looks brand new, inside and out! This team deserves recognition in every aspect. A million thank-you's to the Gerber-College Park Team. I took my car in after an accident on the beltway. The entire team was fantastic - professional, curteous and on time through the entire process. Car looked fantastic!
