Hamza did an amazing job fixing my side mirror. He went above and beyond with his service. He even fixed part of my mirror that I was told before was "unfixable". The service was pretty quick and the receptionist made me immediately trust the shop and feel comfortable. I will definitely be returning/recommending this shop to others in need.

Not only were the people who I interacted with at Gerber Collision in Germantown professional, but they were pleasant and light-hearted which made the whole situation very comfortable and I would say enjoyable. I was very impressed with the final outcome of all the work. And surprised that the car was completely cleaned inside and out which leaves a good feeling with your customer when they get in their car after the completion of your work. Thank you very much for all you've done and I will hardly recommend your shop two others who are in need of your services.

Excellent in all respects, from a welcoming receptionist, to the estimater who explained fully what damage was found and to be repaired, to a very prompt repair, considering parts had to be ordered. Finally, upon pick up, my car looked brand new.. Gerber even gave it a complete cleaning inside and out !
