Brought my car in for repairs after a fender bender. Jesse and the whole team were professional and accommodating from the first day I walked in. I had my dog and daughter with me and they were very sweet. The work on my car was superb and the team kept me abreast every step of the way. My car was ready before the estimated time. From the moment you step in you get white glove service much like you experience at high-end retail shops or with quality providers like USAA. Everyone from the front desk to the manager to the person who moved my car treated me like a priority customer. I've already raved about this location on Yelp and will be sure to recommend to others in the USAA network. For comparison the last in-network place I took it to didn't even bother to wash my car afterwards. I was impressed to find not only my car washed by Gerber, but waxed and cleaned inside and out. Keep up the good work -all of my future business and recommendations will come here.

Gerber is a winning team. Everyone was so friendly and assuring. I felt like my car was the most important and this ship works very hard at keeping you updated and MATT is outstanding service manger. A very nice pleasant employee brought me my car upon completion and KUDOS to him as well. I was in a hit and run accident two weeks ago and my insurance recommended Gerber Collison and Glass in my area. The tow truck took my car to the location and left it over night. I went in the mornong and brought thr keys ( because I kept them). I was sore from the accident and a little angry from the hit and run. I was greeted by Don and he immediately did his best to make me feel welcomed. He smiled and had tons of empathy. It really helped because. I was never in an accident like this before and if felt a bit overwhelmed. I was as nice as I could be and the people Jennifer and Ray were helpful as well. Don gave me an estimate of two weeks and 13 days later I had Gracie back! My car was not just fixed but it was CLEAN AND SHINY. This was also very unexpected.
