I would like to thank Rhiannon, Matt, Jennifer,and the entire Gerber Team for their exceptional work. They were attentive and efficient. The vehicle intake took about fifteen minutes (photos, insurance, and contact information). I received frequent email updates and the work was done ahead of schedule and professionally performed. It was like my car was never in an accident. I'd be confident to take my car back if ever necessary and I highly recommend their services!

The team at Gerber College Park is great. I had to take my car in after getting hit, and they were so polite and thorough during the whole process. First, Emerson looked at my car and made sure I got into a rental the same day so that I would be safe on the road. Not knowing much about cars, I appreciate that he was looking out for my best interest. During the process I received timely phone calls and updates to my car and they answered all my questions with patience. Even when I went to pick up my car, everyone was very friendly and happy to help. Having repairs done to your car isn't a nice situation to be in, but Gerber made it so painless. I would not hesitate to take my car there again if needed.

I was referred to Gerber by my Insurance Company because they are a preferred Body Shop that does high quality work that they stand behind and the Customer Service is hands down the best I have ever experienced dealing with auto repair. This is my first experience with collision repairs at Gerber and I honestly have to give very high marks for the crew's hospitality, kindness, politeness, understanding and besides being very unassuming they are highly experienced, professional. I cannot but recommend this facility to any prospective future customer. It is all money's worth with promptness in getting the Insurance company lined up and finishing the job in record time and handing over the car in a clean condition. Gail who brought the car and the gentleman who did initial evaluation were great. They are polite and customer oriented.
