Fabulous! Called this morning, John arrived at noon, job done and at a great price (just over half of Safelite's price). For an unplanned event, this could have been highly inconvenient, but turned out to be effortless and inexpensive. And John was pleasnat and professional to boot! What's not to love?

I brought my new Ford Expedition to Gerber for some paint work and repair after it was vandalized. I selected this particular location based on their wonderful reputation, and from the minute I arrived, I was treated like a king. Tina made sure to go over the estimate and all of the repairs in detail and Chrissy made sure I was scheduled in right away. They assisted in coordinating a rental vehicle and kept me informed of the progress through the entire process. Everyone was always so pleasant and accommodating. When my vehicle was finished, Kim personally inspected my vehicle and made sure it was perfect before releasing it back to me. I have been dealing with body shops for the past 25 years I have have never been more impressed. My Expedition looked like it did when it came off of the showroom floor. Had the most amazing experience ever at Gerber Collision and Glass of Catonsville Md. Kelly and Don turned an already stressful situation into an easy "no fuss", "we will handle everything for you" experience. My vehicle damage was quickly and thoroughly assessed and I was contacted right away with a full report and plan of action to get the necessary repairs done and to get me back in the drivers seat ASAP. I was updated regularly and often as to the progress of my vehicle as well as an estimated day of completion. Not only was my vehicle finished AHEAD of schedule but the work done went above and beyond what I was even expecting ! The detail and the workmanship that went into the repairs of my vehicle surpassed even my wildest expectations. Gerber Collision and Glass of Catonsville Md will for sure be our "go ... to" place for any and all of our body repair or glass replacement needs. If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have !
