I took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass to have repairs made due to a fender bender. Dropped the car off on Monday, and it was ready by Thursday. Donald was friendly, helpful and efficient. He explained everything they were going to do from beginning to end. Kelley is wonderful as well. Either she or Donald called me daily giving me a progress report on the work. Best experience I've ever had in regards to automobile maintenance. Thanks guys for the really good job!

We took our 2010 Kia Forte in after our daughter had a minor accident for repairs to the front bumper and headlight when I first drove up to the car I noticed that the outside had been thoroughly cleaned to my surprise I got out to check the repairs and noticed the inside had been done too upon checking the repairs which were done perfectly I noticed they repaired some bad scratches and painted on the passenger side door that had already been there for some time and replaced the pinstripes on the car that were not there on the driver side with out being ask too at no extra charge we were in awe. This is the type of Company that you wish you could find and I am glad we did not only were the repairs off the chart the service was just as great they kept us up to date without us ever making a call and were always so nice and pleasant to talk ... read more

The team with the introduction of Taylor and Armani greeting me., their professional demeanor and warm spirit, made me feel welcome and i felt the atmosphere was professional, courteous and trustworthy. Gary, Tammy and Roberto were very helpful and instrumental in ordering the bumper shield and seeing it through to installation. This Gerber team is outstanding and deserves all the praise and accolades for a job well done with excellence.

I literally brought my car in Tuesday August 29th 2017 the door had to be removed because of the dent and repainted with a new door. It is now 3:15 Wednesday August 30th 2017 and my car is completely finished ! With zero complaints! Helllooooooo Jessup Gerber is theeeeee best !

Everything about my experience with Gerber in Catonsville was amazing. All the employees were very friendly, especially Kelley. I was worried about when I'd be able to pick up my car since I work during their regular hours. Since I live very close to the location, she drove my car to my house and left it in my driveway. The repairs looked great and the car was spotless. I would recommend Gerber to anyone

Had such a great experience with you guys so I wanted to leave a note! Yall were so professional and helpful every step of the way with my recent car troubles. Special shout out to your assistant manager Matthew C. for being especially friendly, understanding, and helpful. He personally ziptied my muffler back to the undercarriage of my car when I told him I was a broke college student and needed to figure out a way to get by to my next paycheck before I could get my car fixed. As a young woman with an accent, I'm always afraid of being taken advantage of when I need work done on my car. I'll never go anywhere else!! Thank you Gerber Collision&Glass
