I brought my car into Gerber for repair after an accident and was very impressed with their service. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The service was done quickly and the car looks perfect. They even cleaned the inside of the car! I would recommend this Gerber location to anyone.

I recently took my company car to Gerber after the hood was badly scratched. Gale, Joe, Todd and the rest of the team were professional and polite. I am a car person so I may be a little more picky than most about my vehicle. I wash or wipe it off everyday. When I picked up the car, took it home and cleaned it up after the days use I noticed some over spray on some of the areas that were not repaired. I took it by and Todd said he would take care of it if I could leave it with him for a day, with no questions asked. A few weeks later I waxed the hood (they asked me to wait a couple of months to let the paint cure), I noticed a small area on the edge of the hood that did not look quite as I would have liked it to. The staff was extremely conscientious and polite. The adjuster was not happy with the initial work and had it revised before the car was returned to me. I am pleased with the repair work. My policy includes valet service. Gayle was extremely personable, respectful and assessable. She kept me apprised of the day to day work and the completion date through several update phone calls. Her timely delivery of the rental car and the return of my car is very much appreciated. Overall, a very nice experience.

This has been, by far, the best experience I've ever had at a service facility. Berber has gone above and beyond to ensure that the repairs on my daughter's jeep were completed correctly, efficiently and flawlessly. Amy, the general manager, was such a pleasure to work with. She quoted the repairs accurately and communicated with me during the process. The people that work there are a great team. They're all extremely professional and friendly! It's very much a family environment. They answered all my questions, gave me a call twice a week to update me on the process and provided outstanding service.
