Excellent Choice! 5 Star Rating: Gerber Collision and Glass in College Park, Maryland provided awesome service. I give them five stars. My Chevrolet Camaro needed a paint job and Matt, Lamont and Brian really took care of me. A Camaro had been a long-awaited dream car of mine, and needing a major paint job had me feeling really nervous about taking it to a shop that I could trust. From day one, the GB&C team made me feel comfortable with leaving my car in their hands. It wasn't a "treat-em-and-street-em" type of atmosphere. They take their time, are very personable, and highly knowledgeable on services you need. Matt: Matt knows a lot about cars, and trust me, that's the type of person you want working on your vehicle. He did a fantastic paint job to include adding pink pinstripes to my Princess (Camaro). The car is chic and ... sporty at the same time. I'm receiving so many compliments. The paint job was perfect and it's backed by a LIFE TIME WARRANTY...WOW! Lamont: Lamont is one of the most customer friendly person you'll ever meet. When walking into the shop, Lamont really sets the tone. He greets you as soon as you walk in, and has an upbeat and pleasant demeanor. It doesn't stop while you're at the shop. I received courteous updates of my car's progress while it was in the shop. Now that's awesome. Brian: Brian goes above and beyond. I was shocked when I picked up my car and saw that it had been detailed inside. I sat down inside my car and it was amazingly clean. Not only was my car looking good on the outside, but it also looked good on the inside too. Now that's what I call taking pride in what you do. I'm glad I chose Gerber! read more

From my first call to Gerber through out the entire process; I was treated with respect , kindness, and courtesy. Not only did they have answers for any question , or misgivings I may have had - Ms. P. walked me through the entire process ,and explained exactly what I should expect . When a situation did arise with the responsible insurance company ; Ms. P. not only put my mind at rest , she made the necessary contact to the insurance company which saved me from more stress. The owner/manager Gary ; makes everyone feel as if you've known him and the crew always- They always keep you abreast of their progress, with follow up calls . Though I hope I never have any kind of accident again ; if so I know exactly where my families vehicles will be serviced- Gerber C&G . Laurel.

This is the second time I have used Gerber Collision in Gaithersburg, Maryland. The first time I was introduced to Gerber through my insurance company, and it was a wonderful experience. From beginning to end the people at Gerber were incredibly helpful and very pleasant to work with. Gayle and her team handled the claim perfectly, coordinated my rental car, personally brought my rental car to my house to make the rental transition as easy as possible, performed a beautiful, seamless repair, and did all this exactly in the time frame promised. Gayle communicated with me during the entire process so that I never wondered about the status of the repair. The second time I went to Gerber was without the benefit of my insurance company, and this is the highest recommendation that can be made. When I most needed great service and great pricing ... I returned to Gerber. Once again the service was incredible, and the repair impeccable. Gayle even stayed late the night I picked up my car so I wouldn't have to pay extra rental time. A company has to be truly outstanding to make an auto repair a pleasant experience, and they have done that twice! I highly recommend Gerber Collision. read more

The work was done in Jessup, after College Park transferred the vehicle since an alignment was required. Superior customer service! Lamont, stellar customer service! The College Park and the Jessup crews go above and beyond. I will recommend anyone who needs collision or auto-body work.
