I was told that they would have my vehicle fixed by the 31 of March. And they also had their own quota to meet and they exceeded it well. I was constantly updated on the status of the repair of my vehicle. When it was moved to the other location and when it came back to the starting location. Overall if I had to use them again I will. I will also refer customers not only for the service but because of the quality of service I received. Lamont was very helpful when i had to call and inquire about some things and Kelly kept informed all the way!!! I wish it was more stars to give.

THIS WAS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE USED THIS FINE COMPANY TO REPAIR ONE OF OUR FAMILY'S CARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE AN EXCEPTIONALLY SUPERB JOB! ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND TAKE PRIDE IN DOING THEIR JOB WELL. THEY HAVE THE RIGHT EQUIPMENT TO REPAIR DAMAGED PARTS, THEREBY REDUCING THE COST BY AVOIDING UNNECESSARY, NEW COSTLY REPLACEMENT PARTS. FIRST CLASS IN EVERY WAY!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the repair of my car, special thanks to Perez and Doug. They were both extremely professional, polite and courteous. Perez was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Perez made me feel like I was a very important person and was attentive to every one who walked through the door. Doug was very knowledgeable and he did an excellent job explaining every step of the repair process in a way that I could understand. He did an outstanding job answering all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the whole process.
