Anthony A, a knowledgeable estimator, extended to me outstanding courtesy, personal attention and informed me about the work to be done with competency and clarity. Moreover, the timeliness with which Anthony handled my car repair was impressive and much appreciated. I also extend my appreciation to Ilyana L, superb customer service, handled my rent from Enterprise with aplomb, and informed me with precision about the insurance paper work process; and kept me in the loop throughout. My many thanks to everyone who worked on my car, an obvious all-around competency, resulting in an A+ outcome; the car looks just like new!!!

My car was hit from behind and causing small dents and scratches on the rear bumper. Gave my car to this amazing Estimator, Monica M. who exceeded my expectations: 1) finished the job one week earlier as it took only four working days to get new bumper and fix the dents plus courtesy painting of tiny spots of the four doors' edges (caused by hitting the walls when parked). 2) the cost is less than 3 competitors that I shopped around near my home 3) Ms M. is very friendly and professional. She even texted me to let me know the progress and the completion and sending me pictures of the job being done. I never met such quick, friendly and professional person like her. She is a keeper at Gerber Collision & Glass company.

My experience with Gerber Collision was superb!! Mike assisted me helpfully and I was able to get in and out in record time. My vehicle was handled and repaired exceptionally - "looks almost brand new." I called and spoke with Mike about 1 additional issue about my car and it was taken care of right away. My estimate was thorough and showed everything in detail on the paperwork. My car was done earlier than expected. I like to say thank you to the general manager, Joon B. Anthony, who gave my estimate. Ilyana L, the customer service representative who took care of any of my needs. Alonzo who put my car in front so it would be easier for me to leave which meant a lot. Hello, I recently had my Camry TRD repaired at the Gerber in Ellicott City. I was devastated when the accident occurred as I take my car and its appearance seriously. Kim provided me with consistent updates, and not only was the vehicle returned to me in better condition then it was previously, but it was also completed prior to the week being over. Exceptional service, quality, and craftsmanship from Ellicott City. I will be using Gerber again.
