I recently had my vehicle repaired by Gerber Collision & Glass and the repair is flawless (perfect paint match, body panel alignment, etc.). I particularly want to call out Alex..this guy's customer service is phenomenal; he provided a level of service and attention to detail as if he had a personal stake in my vehicle, service like that is really appreciated.

Matt did a fantastic job on the bodywork and paint; his workmanship is on point and the blended paint looks amazing. Taylor made sure to keep me informed every step of the way; from when y'all first started the teardown, to the official estimate, to the repairs being started, to being in paint. She was very professional and answered all questions I had about status updates. I dropped my vehicle off at the Laurel location, but due to scheduling repairs were completed at Jessup - but I didn't have to do anything! Matt even brought the car back to the Laurel location which helped me out immensely. I have recommended Gerber to my coworkers based on my experience with Matt and Taylor, and I hope to never have to see them again (hehe) but if something does happen, I know where I am taking my vehicle!

I was treated like family. The customer service from both the front desk staff and the repair team was excellent. I loved my daily emails as well as daily telephone calls with the progress of the repairs. I received my car looking brand new, inside and out. I drove away will my car looking like I drove out of a show room

My car was keyed on a Friday. I called my insurance company and filed a claim with them. With in a few hours of my call to State Farm the body shop already called me to schedule an appointment. Dropped the car off to the shop on a Monday morning and I picked my car up on a Tuesday evening. The shop called me multiple times to keep me updated on my car. Hard to find good service. They did a great job.

Before stopping at Gerber Collision I stopped at another body shop and presented an insurance estimate. I was told it was way too low and parts would take 2 to 3 weeks to order. I went to Gerber on a Tuesday, Pouya looked at my estimate, went out to look at my car, said they were right on the money. He had to order parts which came in Thurs. car was repaired Friday morning in the time promised. Great Job! Great Service. Highly Recommend.

Alex was very professional and courteous. He patiently explained everything clearly during the estimate and after the repair was performed. He called me to come and pick up my car and was glad for me to leave the rental car at their premises. It was a really pleasant experience compared to other car repair services that have performed previously.
