I am 56 years old. In all of my years, whenever I experienced a fender bender to a major collision, I have always gone to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle to have any body work. This time I decided to go with a Blue Ribbon Nationwide Body Shop. I cannot express how happy I am with the customer service, from the receptionist to the estimator, the quick appointment scheduling and the fast turnaround time way in advance of the estimated date of completion. I am also impressed with the help of contacting Enterprise Rental being there at the location and the fast pick up and delivery of Enterprise. Excellent Job Gerber, I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else, including the dealerships I have been to in past. Keep up the good work. I will be a customer for life.

I was very impressed with Gerber. My car was ready to be picked up less than a week after I dropped it off. They also kept me informed throughout the process. If I ever need auto body repairs again I wont hesitate to choose Gerber.

After experiencing terrible customer service at Kenwood Auto Body in Germantown, MD, I contacted my insurance company to request another collision center for repairs to my vehicle. They set me up with Gerber near quitting time and the staff actually waited for me to arrive no questions asked. The Gerber staff were great, especially Nanette and Courtney. The guy that took the photos before upon arrival walked me to my car on pickup day was awesome as well and very reassuring that if I was unsatisfied in any way that they would square it away no problem. Thankfully, I was extremely satisfied and pleased with every aspect of the service that I received from this establishment! You all rock Gerber!! By the way, the update link with the photos of progression is an outstanding aspect of your services.

This place is awesome! From the very first time I made a phone call for inspection, they made me feel so comfortable and provide a very good customer service. Drop the car for inspection - they informed me very clear and service was quick. They also arrange the rental car Enterprise to come and pick me up. I like it very much!!. And most of that the time that took to repair my car is less than supposed to be -AWESOME! and the best thing: when I picked up my car - the service was very quick; they have already prepare my paper and I just signed it and go, WOW!.... when I got out, my car was awaiting me on the front door!.... Can't imagine I have a service like that and seeing my car like BRAND NEW CAR, they even wash and vacuum my car, UNBELIEVEABLE.
