A year ago, I hit a deer and it destroyed the left side of my car. The team at Gerber repaired my car in about a week and, in the meantime, I was given a great car to drive around while I waited for the repairs. My vehicle was returned to me in me in a better condition than it originally was before the accident. Unfortunately, after some months, the paint started to strip from the front bumper that was replaced and I was told that the epoxy had not been properly applied and the part was defective. I took it back in to Gerber and immediately they replaced the part at no cost! The receptionist (Taylor) and the manager (Erin) were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer my questions and genuinely wanted to help me. I would recommend the Jessup, MD store to anyone in the area and I am extremely pleased ... with their service. Kristina is one of the best customer service professionals I have ever encountered -- anywhere and in any industry. Her communication skills (updates, coordination, etc) are exceptional. There was no aspect of my interaction with Gerber where she did not keep me apprised of what was happening and I never had to call and ask any question. She clearly knows this business and anticipated the questions I may have asked and called and left messages on my voice mail at every stage (status, insurance company interaction, expected delivery, etc). The car looks great -- the craftsmanship is evident. The team in Ellicott City deserves kudos!!!!!!

I very much appreciated the helpfulness and efficiency of both the staff and mechanics. The insurance claim was handled promptly to facilitate an almost immediate next-day estimate, and Gerber was flexible with my schedule to permit the repairs at a time that worked best for me. They combined a separate work order for me to get another much delayed repair completed during this same appointment. While enabling me with their kind assistance to navigate all the logistical challenges of arranging for repairs and for Enterprise rental transportation, I was also very much impressed by the top quality restoration work. I would recommend this Gerber location to anyone.

As a manager of 27 fleet vehicles, if any of them are involved in an accident (Fingers Crossed ) this is where they will be serviced

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process of my vehicle's repair at Gerber Collision. Everything was handled professionally and timely, and I especially enjoyed receiving updates via e-mail since I'm unable to take calls during my work hours.
