When I took my car over to Gerber to get an estimate everyone was extemerly helpful and took my vehicle right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept me updated through out the entire process. Courtney, Harry and Nanatte were great!

I have brought my car for body repair work for the second time in less than a year because of two unfortunate hit and run incidents. The first time was a great experience where my car was repaired with excellent interaction with me to let me know the status of each step of repair. Since was done so flawlessly the first time, I decided to use them again . I so appreciated the staff keeping in constant contact with me and getting the repair done well. They even arranged my rental. A+

I could say tons. Very professional, very nice, very courteous. I felt like I was the only customer that the entire time they work with me. They are very hands-on and very caring. I thank them for everything they've done for me and give me back on the road with my truck. Customer service and customer care actually mean something to them. I especially want to thank Heather, Monica and Courtney. Also I would like to think the technician who I was introduced to but I do not remember his name. He was very nice and explaining everything. Obviously I am very happy with the work they did for money but I'm more impressed with the way they handled everything. I was looking for the 10 star ranking.
