I was involved in a MVA on Monday, reported it to my insurance immediately, they set me up with Gerber who had my car fixed by Wednesday!! Complete life savers! They quoted me it would be ready by Friday but I never expected such prompt service. Upon return of my car and inspection, everything was like new, and the paint blended appropriately. They were completely professional with my car, no smudges or marks inside the car from the techs working. In fact my car was returned cleaned out and vaccumed. I would recommend them to anyone. Customer service was wonderful and since they work directly with enterprise (and it is less than a block away), obtaining my rental car was a breeze.

I strongly recommend the Jessup, MD Gerber Glass and Collision to repair your auto. My experience from start to finish was top-notch. The day after filing my claim with my insurance, Gerber called me to arrange for an appraisal and was able to accomodate me the same day. The staff was very polite and professional and it was obvious that excellent customer service is their aim. After inspecting the vehicle, Josh clearly explained the estimate and what the process would be. They were able to get my vehicle in at a time that accomodated my needs. Alex kept me informed throughout the repair process and completed the repair ahead of schedule. Bottom line, the auto looks great, as good as new. I'm very satisfied with the work. My insurance recommended that I send my car to Gerber for repairs and although I was skeptical about insurance referral I took a leap of faith with Gerber. It has been great experience overall. I would recommend this facility to all my friends and family. They were honest and timely with my car repairs. I was initially worried about the computer generated estimated days for the repairs, however they finished the repairs way ahead of the estimate. Good job Gerber
