The Gaithersburg, MD location has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Being in the hospitality industry, my expectation level is fairly high. Unfortunately, I've had the pleasant opportunity of visiting with them on three separate occasions all within the past year so I have had the opportunity to come in contact with the entire staff and I must say they ALL have one thing in common, which is to exhibit outstanding customer service while exceeding your expectations. They realize that "customer communication" is a very important key to outstanding service, in conjunction with performing an outstanding repair. With four teenagers...we have had the privilege of bringing multiple foreign cars, to Gerber Collision in Germantown. Every time we are amazed at the customer service; keeping in touch with progress emails and pictures, and the customer service team is just as remarkable. The quality of workmanship is well above what we had experienced in the past at dealerships. Harry Jardin knows the business backwards and forwards. We totally trust and have referred multiple friends and neighbors here, and they have all been very impressed too!

The staff at the Germantown location were great!!! The ladies that answered the phone, to lead service guy to the guys who worked on my car were helpful and were beyond to make sure my truck was great and worked well. I will send everyone I know to this location!!!!
