Extremely professional staff. The work was completed a lot faster than the estimated time. The level of communication with the customer via daily texts and/or calls is unrivaled. You feel like you are part of the team completing the work. I would absolutely recommend anyone to have their work completed at the Gaithersburg location. The level of service and professionalism at this facility is the best I've ever experienced . . . thank you very much Gerber.

I brought my car in after NTB had dropped it from their rack while trying to perform tire maintenance. The front driver fender, rocker moulding, and wheel-well were pretty mangled. I worked with Kristina C. on getting the vehicle into the shop, thankfully the same day I called. Kristina recognized that I am pretty OCD about my Acura TL and made sure to convey to the body shop that speed of repair turnaround was going to take a "back seat" to top level quality. Also, this girl went out of her work day to drive me in her own vehicle to my place of work because I needed a ride. Much appreciated. She, as well as the body shop rep (Bruce) kept me informed with their progress, were clear in explaining the work required, and delivered a quality repair. I can't thank the whole group enough for getting my car up and running again. Looks ... great. Hopefully, the newly assembled parts will cooperate and not need any return visits. However, I am confident that Gerber will stand by their work. My car was returned to me washed and detailed inside and out. I appreciate the effort by the entire team in taking good care of my Acura. They have earned a repeat customer should I ever need this type of service again. read more

We have previously received auto body service from Gerber @ Ellicott City and we extremely satisfied. For this recent repair, completed July 11, 2014, from the first contact with Customer Service Representative Ms. Tai D. until I picked up our auto after completion of repairs, everyone with whom we spoke were extremely helpful, responsive, and courteous. The technician, whose name I do not recall, called after looking over the vehicle to advise he found some other dents and scratches and asked if we wanted to also have them repaired. He quoted a price, and the final bill was exact to the penny as to the quoted price. An attribute not normal in the auto repair business, in my opinion. We have and will continue to refer friends and family to Gerber Collision & Glass. While we hope to not need their services in the future, we are ... realistic to presume damage will sometimes occur, and we will most definitely use Gerber's services for auto body and glass repairs. read more

I was so impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and extras that the employees provided to me. My car was washed, vacuumed and tires blackened while I was there for a minor repair. It totally made my day. This is my second visit and I was even more impressed than the first time, and I thought the company was awesome that time. You have a friend for life!

I am used to auto shops being cold and impersonal. The people at Gerber Collision are warm and welcoming and from the second I walked in, they made me feel that everything was going to be taken care of and made right. This was the second time I used them for auto body work and as it was the last time, the work done on my care was outstanding. I highly recommend this facility and will definitely choose them again if my car needs work.

Awesome job. Al and Ivy were extremely helpful, pleasant and knowlegeable. If ever I should need body or glass repair in the future I will be coming back to this location in particular. Excellent Service and great work completed in more than resasonable time. I will be recommending this shop to family and friends. Thanks again guys! My insurance company (Ameriprise) was not in the selection above so I chose the closest one.

I took my 2001 Honda Accord to Gerber to for repairs after a collision. The front and side of the car was damaged and parts were needed. I found Gerber to be prompt, polite and professional. Not only did they provide me with updates regarding the repairs, they also provided me with updates regarding when the parts were ordered. I appreciated the cleaning of the car and would say Gerber went far and beyond the call of duty to make sure my car was returned in impeccable form.
