Outstang job and top notch customer service! Kristina, Alex, Al, and Katie were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They all made this ordeal very easy to handle. They all displayed a true sense of pride in their jobs and it shows in their actions. I will come back anytime I need repair service even if my insurance company doesn't recommend this shop. More than pleased with the work done on my vehicle.

The team @ Gerber Collision in Laurel, Md was incredibly professional and the did a superb job on my vehicle. I was/am very impressed with the service;I drive by the shop every day and never would've thought I'd have to need them for collision purposes, but when I did, they came through BIG.

I had a GREAT eexperience with Gerber Collision! Very perfessional, experienced, and kind people. Al Barrett made sure that I was 100% satisfied with all of my repairs and I will recommend anyone to get their car repaired at Gerber. My bumper was hit twice and after the repairs, it look like a brand new bumper! Thanks Gerber Collision, you all are the best!

My husband and I had an accident in Maryland and our vehicle was towed to Gerber. The staff kept us informed and everyone we spoke to was pleasant and helpful. In the confusion and stress of the accident we left quite a few items in our car. I spoke with Tasha on a regular basis and she was wonderful! She was always helpful and so very pleasant! Our items have been mailed to us and I must say that our experience with Gerber was enhanced by our dealings with Tasha! She is a valuable employee to you and a true asset to your company!
