I was pleased with the work that was done on my pickup. I was called one evening to let me know that it was finished. I went the next morning to pick it up, which was on a Saturday. Well, it was not done, the bug shield had not been installed. Since there were no one on hand to install the missing item on Saturday, I had to make an extra trip on Monday to have the work completed. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would rate the complete job including consultation a 9. Thank you

My 2010 Maxima came to Gerber for damage from rock chips. They are a Allstate Pro-shop so I put my trust in the fact that their work is 100% guaranteed. They repainted and refinished nearly about 75% of my vehicle. They took the time and care in the repairs that has left me extremely satisfied. I was notified about the progress of my vehicle regularly for the 13 days (Thank you Lemetrius and Brittany) and they completed the work before the estimate date of completion! I noticed a few areas that needed additional attention when I went to pick the vehicle up and they took care of each of them right away! I highly recommend Gerber and will bring my vehicle back to them if ever I should need to but hopefully not... Great work Gerber McDonough team!

Outstanding service & repairs, First time was my daughters car and I thought the sure the insurance company would total it. But new enough they wanted it repaired. When we picked it up after repairs, could not tell it had been in A very sever collision, Same expectations were met when I took my car to them after being side swiped. This car was older and had sun fade. Time was taken to remove trim and molding to paint most of the side of the vehicle at no extra charge. (What other shop would go the extra mile?)

I cannot believe the fine job that was done to repair my car. It looks wonderful. The paint job is perfect; little details were attended to in the repairs. It looks like I have a new car. Further, I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs in a very timely manner. All the personnel were courteous and attentive. It was a great experience working with Gerber.
