The staff is very professional, kept us informed throughout the process as they worked to repair my grandson's car (which was completed sooner than expected) and provided extraordinary customer service. I typically do not complete these but after the extraordinary service I received, I had to. From the 1st phone call to picking up my vehicle...I was impressed!! The daily text I received informing me the status of my car was much appreciated...I never had to wonder what was going on. The customer service was exceptional and the work preformed was awesome! I will admit, I wanted to use another local repair shop that I have previously used but the insurance company sent me here. I hope I never have to use a collision shop again but in the event I do, Gerber will be who I use and will recommend to others! Thank you so much Sara for everything!

Her professionalism and compassion lets you know that everything is going to be alright. From beginning to end the updates keep you on task. All you have to do is be patient and let these professionals do their job. Upon return, the Auto/Collision team and the detail team make sure that your vehicle is in its original state. They really are about their product. They are phenomenal!

Thanks for all of the outstanding and excellent customer service you guys showed me , my husband and my Honda. Brittany showed me great customer service from Day 1. Sarah took care of the process of getting my car to different locations with no harm or danger. Tommie the ending process and picking up my car was show in detail by Tommie. Gerber -Mcdonough ROCKS !! I had to drive 45 to a 1 hour both ways ....It was well worth it. I will recommend this location to EVERYONE!!

I had my car repaired at your location in July and I picked up my vehicle on 7/27/15 and I was very pleased with your service . I, picked up my vehicle in spotless condition. I was given frequent updates by Brittany and she assured me and my wife we would notified as soon as the work was done .The repair bill was paid by Liberty Mutual to your shop. However my nightmare with Enterprise Car Rental Was just beginning. They kept billing me for the rental car. Enterprise kept telling me to go back to your shop to resolve the issue . Iwent to the Enterprise location 4 times to resolve the issue . I was promised that the manager would call me back and resolve the billing issue .He never did . Brittany , who works for you ,got on the phone and made Liberty Mutual and Enterprise Car Rental solve my problem. She refused to drop the ball . She was ... on the phone with both companies, And made them listen and agree to reimburse me for this billing nightmare by Enterprise Car Rental & Liberty Mutual. I was very satisfied with my customer experience at Gerber Collision. I came into the shop upset because a child at my apartment complex had hit my car with there bike. Brittany was very professional, and was ready to assist me right away. She provided me with excellent customer service, and kept me informed by calling me every time she received an update on my claim from my insurance company USAA. She made the process a lot easier for me and less stressful. I would recommend my friends and family to Gerber Collision!

So impressed that Sarah would call me every day to update my status. I have no problem being two days past scheduled completion if it is communicated what is going on and it is done correctly. I would rather know what's going on from pleasant people than it be done wrong and late like some of the other "elite" collision services.
