I recently had to have the front bumper replaced on my Acura. The staff was very courteous and efficient. They kept me well informed of their progress and the repair time was less than expected. All of my concerns were addressed without making me feel stupid. Kudos to Brittany, Tommy, Ed and 1 other female employee (sorry....didn't catch the name) for outstanding service. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone needing repair work.

Go ahead and book your repairs at Gerber in McDonough. Don't hesitate. Their customer service/office staff is fantastic, and the word done on our Volkswagen was perfect. We were uncertain going in, never having had this type of service done in the area, but we are 100% satisfied, both with the actual work done AND with the way we were treated. We were kept fully informed with regular phone calls to update us on their work. I'm thanking Brittany, especially for the way the whole thing was handled. Thank you to everybody who worked on our Beetle. We won't hesitate to recommend your shop, and if we never need body work done again (or glass), we'll see you first.

I would tell everyone I know to go to Gerber in McDonough, especially after having my vehicle at their facility. The service was fast and Jessica at the counter was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I loved how Gerber kept me informed throughout the repairs.
