I am so pleased with the way this location has kept me informed about my vehicle. Leland has been absolutely wonderful. He has kept me totally informed about the status of my vehicle on a daily bases. He has called me sometimes twice a day and it has made me feel so comfortable. I really love my car and having it repaired at Gerber in McDonough, Ga. has relieved me of a lot of stress. I've dealt with other companies before but I've never received this type of customer care or service ever. Gerber in McDonough, Ga. seems to genuinely care about it customers, and is very sympathetic and that makes me feel wonderful. Thanks so much Gerber. I will be telling friends, family, and co-workers of this experience. "Leland" is a great at his job. He is caring and very competent............ THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!

Leland greeted me when I arrived to drop my car off. He was very pleasant and helpful with my questions. I dropped my car off on Tuesday morning, Progressive came out on Wednesday morning and I picked up my car on Friday afternoon. Leland again greeted me and went over what they had done to my car and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work. My car looks great! Leland as well as the other employees I came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with Gerber Collission in McDonough.

Please give a big thank you to all the personnel at your location. I personally had dealings with Leland and Jessica. They were very professional and courteous. I was informed daily with progress and pictures. The work was done in a timely manner and every question, phone call or concern was answered very politely and professionally. Fantastic service. My vehicle was fully repaired within the same week that I dropped it off. It was so fast that it was surprising. I was helped out by Sarah. She was very helpful and even offered to stay after hours so that I could drop off my car. 5 stars. I am definitely coming back.

My wife and I own a 2006 Honda Accord, we had minor accident in which the rear bumper needed to be replaced and painted. We also had some minor dings and scratches on the front bumper, not from the accident. Our insurance co. recommended Collision as their preference for the repairs, and we are glad they did! We have dealt with many repair shops over the years but this was by far the best experience we've had. First they did an excellent job repairing our car! The matching of paint was perfect and the repair to the front bumper far exceeded my expectations! The other impressive thing was the time it took to return our car, we expected at least four to five days. It was only two days and the car was ready, a day before it was promised! The staff at Gerber is very professional and courteous, Sara and or Brian, kept us informed and updated ... throughout the process. In a day when it's hard to find customer service, this was a totally different experience than what we expected! We know where to for auto repairs in the future and we would recommend Gerber to anyone needing repairs to their vehicles! They are the Best! Thanks to the team at Gerber! read more

Just wanted to say that Sara P. and Brian ( I believe ) Lake were fantastic to deal with. This includes 'under-promising and over-delivering' in a big way. I was working on a timeline and they exceeded that timeline by 24 hours with daily communication to tell me the progress they were making. If I need additional work on a vehicle...This will be my location of choice! PS: the work was Fantastic as Well...

Find a different place to go. That simple. After having my truck back 4 times to complain about their lack of attention, it has to go back again. I told them that from day one, this is one of 933 Dale Earnhardt trucks ever built and it had better come back right. I'm still dealing with stupid issues!!!

This was the greatest and most professional experience I have ever experienced. The group at Gerber in McDonough took great care of me from the start of my unfortunate chance to have to meet up with them. I was involved in a Hit and Run with a Tractor-Trailer and it caused serious damage to the rear quarter-panel of my 2007 Honda Accord. These guys did the most fantastic repair on my baby that I have EVER seen. I have seen a lot of paint and body work over my 53 years, and I must say these guys were the best I have again ever seen. They took exceptional care and made sure my baby was in better shape than when I took her to them in less than a weeks time. The paint, which is silver metallic and really hard to match, is perfect. The attention to detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend to anyone needing to get either a collision ... repair or just wanting to have a vehicle repainted to take it to Gerber in McDonough. Mike and his entire crew there were the best cure to a horrible experience on Interstate 75. Thanks to the entire staff and especially the body and paint crew for fixing my baby. read more
