I own a 2004 Toyota Sequoia Ltd. and my rear liftgate handle broke preventing access to lifting up the door for things like strollers, groceries, etc. My family was in the process of relocating from Georgia to Texas so stress of moving was high, rental trucks needed to be pciked up, time was limited to get this done and at a reasonable price. I researched how to replace the liftgate and that was not feasible withthe tiem constraints so I inexpensively purchased the part (an upgraded aluminum/metal OEM replacement) online and the estimates from other shops ranged from Toyota at $300+ to other autobody shops for $180. I called Gerber Collision in McDonough and received a quote for $50 over the phone. I immediately went down there early the next morning, gave the friendly Gerber rep. the part, the tech in back verified that it was the ... correct part and before I got 25 minutes into a magazine they were finished. It was unexpectedly refreshening to receive this level of customer satisfaction from Gerber Collision & Glass of McDonough. I wish this occurred earlier this year so I could utilize their service with some minor bodywork repairs on my family's vehicle. I highly reccommend them for all the other customer interaction I witnessed as I waited was hospitable, courteous and well respected. read more
